Project Definition Assessment (PDA)

A Project Definition Assessment (PDA) is the process that Supply Today has designed that allows you to evaluate in detail the issues and tasks that need to be considered before deciding whether to fully commit to the project or not. The process enables all parties to have a complete understanding of the underlying requirements and proposed solution.

What are the Outcomes of an PDA?

1. A project charter report
2. Project Plan
3. Proposal for full project management and implementation (including detailed costing's).

Optionally it will produce the following two extra deliverables prior to a full commitment to the project:

• Expert Logistics observation and recommendations
• Other factors that might be impacted by your need.

How much does a PDA cost?

There are different level assessment studies depending on the required evaluation time and budget:

We proivde a full review of your warehouse operations, a written report, next steps, time lines for a fix price.

Full project plan and implementation time line - $POA

Logistics Audit - $POA

Web Based Project Management Tools and help desk support - $1000 per user per month.

How Long Will It Take To Complete an PDA?

The length of time obviously depends on which level PDA is selected. The time taken will also depend on the availability of client staff though. You can expect between 7 - 100 hours of on-site consulting, where consultants from Supply Today will need access to staff, inventory information, business time lines, reports and your warehouse .
